I guess I felt like those aspects were more lampshaded than actually written in a way that gave you the... space, I guess, to really engage with them, if that makes sense? Like he had someone dancing in the background with a sign that said, "O HAI I DO IN FACT SEE THAT THIS IS PROBLEMATIC! NOW THAT'S SETTLED, ON WITH THE REAL SHOW!"
