Rodrigo y Gabriela

If any of you like acoustic rock guitar inspired by both Latin folk and heavy metal, and you haven't heard Rodrigo y Gabriela yet, I highly recommend that you go check them out. You can listen to several of their songs over at their MySpace page. There's a good sampling - "Ixtapa" has an awesome fiddle interlude, and the cover of "Stairway to Heaven" is way cool.


ETA: And while I'm in a promotional mood, imadra_blue has a new Star Wars claims community, saga_6, that looks like lots of fun. I'm going to sign up as soon as I make up my mind what to claim. It might be just the motivation I need to get writing!
