I think this book is actually something the characters found on the GFFA's equivalent of the Pit of Voles. I picture them sitting around reading it out loud to each other, going, "WHAAAAT? That's not even close to what happened! I'd never do that! WTF are these people smoking?"
The "Han's a king" concept needs to meet Ms. Paper Shredder. And the "kidnapping is romantic" plot, which should have died with Samuel Richardson, but noooo. I've been in conversations... somewhere on LJ with friends, can't remember where, where we noticed that the two matriarchies in this book are evil and oppress men horribly, while the patriarchy is warm and cuddly and graciously allows women to have some rights and power. Blech.
